A new wave of on-board alfresco cooking has reached American shores in the form of the Marinyaki Marine Teppanyaki Grill.
The molded fiberglass table features a built-in 20-by-15-inch teppan grill made from 304/V2A stainless steel. At 430 F contact temperature, the boat chef can sear juicy steaks, grill fish or roast vegetables, and prepare delicate crepes or pancakes for desert. Marinyaki grill tables are available with either a pedestal or gunwale mount. They include a collapsible wind guard that fits into the recess around the cooktop, a built-in trap to prevent spills, a removable waste container, and a reversible, white cutting board insert.
