Auqabotix, a new company that is entering the recreational marine market with underwater viewing gear, has introduced the AquaLens.
The compact, portable underwater video system attaches to a boat hook or similar pole and transmits live images over a distance of as much as 15 feet to a 3.5-inch LCD screen on deck. It’s suitable for viewing marine life or for underwater inspection of the hull, engine or pier pilings.
Retail price is $795.
