Teva says on its website that customers are often looking for a shoe that will keep them on solid footing both on the water and in a bar.
So the company designed the Fuse-ion with a special outsole that will stick to a grease-covered aluminum ramp and wet rocks.

It’s a shoe that can keep any boater steady on their feet in the wettest conditions on deck.
“This shoe is really for the water, any activity in the water,” Teva’s Danielle DeForest says. “What makes it so unique and special is there are two really important technologies going on.”
The company touts those technologies — the JStep outsole and its Spider Rubber — in the video.
