Schultz has been executive vice president of Yacht Coatings North America since 2002. He started his career in 1980 as Interlux marketing manager and in 1984 became general manager of Interlux US. He went on to become responsible for Interlux North America.
He has served on International Paints Global Yacht Executive board since 1987, and in 1998 Schultz took on the responsibility of global yacht marketing and technical director looking after product development in England, New Zealand and the U.S. In this role, he was responsible for global marketing in Australasia, Europe and North America.
"As a lifelong boat owner, for me the Interlux business has always been about formulating the best possible product to meet the needs of both the boat owner and professional applicators,” Schultz said. “It has been very satisfying to be involved with the launch of products that have become the leading brands in North America.

Furrion promoted Mark Curry to vice president. He joined the shore power products manufacturer as sales manager for North America in 2008 after 14 years in sales and marketing positions with the Guest Company (part of the Marinco Recreational Group).
“Mark has quickly become a key member of the Furrion team, leading the rapid development of the sales and distribution networks for our unique product line during a most challenging time for the marine industry,” said Furrion president Aaron Fidler.
