Teen solo sailor makes special passage

Thirteen-year-old Burt Rappoport, with his father keeping a watchful eye in a chase boat, sailed an eight-foot Naples Sabot dinghy about 21 miles from Los Angeles Harbor Lighthouse to Catalina Island.
