Boat-dam accident leads to dramatic rescue

The photos and videos of a construction worker dangling from a crane, his arm stretched out to reach a terrified woman trapped in swirling water at the base of a dam drew a global audience. The woman was boating with her husband, who perished in the accident, when they went over a dam.
