A Coast Guard official and congressman on Monday presented a nine-year-old boy from Jonesport, Maine, with the Coast Guard Certificate of Valor. Matthew Drisko was recognized for his heroic actions while assisting in the May 26, 2009 rescue of his grandfather while on a fishing trip.
