The Luma-Vu HD camera gives boaters high-resolution, color video of what’s happening beneath the boat. A Sony image sensor is housed in a corrosion-proof, injection-molded polymer housing that the manufacturer says is “virtually bulletproof and definitely shark-proof.” Luma-Vu requires a 2-3/8-inch through-hull hole and a 12-volt power supply. It connects to any video input and comes with 49 feet of video and power-supply cable. The lens has a 92-degree viewing angle. $999. Aqualuma (Tides Marine), (800) 420-0949. aqualuma.com
