Albemarle Boats Announces New 30 Express Model for 2021
Albemarle Boats is constructing a new 30-foot Express model, which will make its public debut at the 2021 Saint Petersburg Boat Show in January.
Over the last two years, Albemarle has introduced two new outboard models. The 27 and 31 Dual Consoles were aimed at boating families, but according to Albemarle General Manager Burch Perry, “the new 30 Express will be more of a return to our fishing roots.”
According to Albemarle, the 30 Express will feature a helm area with forward-facing seating for three, mezzanine style seating aft, in-deck macerated fishboxes, a transom livewell, a tackle center, and a standard transom door. Below, it will have a full galley, a stand-up head, and an A-bunk for overnighting.
Every boat will be Seakeeper 2 ready with stringer beds in place, and according to Albemarle, the triple 300-hp Yamaha option will make her the fastest Albemarle ever built. Twin Yamaha 300-hp outboards will be standard.
