Around-the-world effort hits snag
The Sunderland family's second shot at the youngest around-the-world record is facing financial problems.
Abby Sunderland - younger sister to Zac, who left California in June 2008 and covered 24,568 miles in 13 months - is 15 and dreams of following in her brother's wake.
"While she has raised $150,000 from corporate sponsors toward the cost of a used racing sailboat, she is in need of almost $200,000 more," according to a press release.
The teen must depart by November in order to sail in safe conditions.
