Boat accident strands three on dam

A boat that was stuck in a dam on Lake Carnegie in Princeton Tuesday morning was recovered with no injuries reported, according to a release from the Princeton Police Department.

Around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Patrols, Princeton First Aid and Rescue Squad, Princeton Fire Dept. and Kingston Fire Dept. responded to Lake Carnegie near Dodds Lane.

It was reported that three boaters were in distress and that their boat was stuck on a damn in the location. Jeffrey Horn, 50, of Bangor PA, Kevin Shank, 29, of Pen Argyl, PA, and Todd Schramm, 40, of Oxford were stuck in the boat, the release said.
