Boat crash victims had consumed drugs, alcohol

Toxicology reports released last week from the office of District 23 medical examiner Terrence Steiner indicate that the five victims killed in a boat crash on Florida’s Intracoastal Waterway on Easter Sunday had all consumed alcohol before the crash. Four of the victims also tested positive for drugs ranging from cocaine to a prescription drug for the treatment of seizures.
