Boatbuilder cleared of capsize manslaughter

A boatbuilder, who was found guilty of manslaughter after a yacht split in two off the Australian coast, has had his conviction overturned. Alex Cittadini, 50, was sentenced to at least 18 months in jail after the Excalibur sank off the New South Wales mid-north coast in 2002. Four people on board died and others were rescued.
