Bottlenose dolphin freed from discarded fishing line

For the second time in 18 months, a bottlenose dolphin needed a little help to get untangled from a snare of discarded fishing line.

The sea mammal known as Rio first came to the attention of members of a federal rescue group in November 2008 after he was observed swimming in the North Indian River Lagoon near Oak Hill with fishing line cutting into his dorsal fin.
