Two people were tossed into the ocean after a breaching whale capsized their 25-foot boat near the shore of Seaside Park, New Jersey. The whale appeared to be a humpback, who was likely feeding and not paying attention.

The two people on board were able to swim to shore, and they did not report any injuries. Their boat later washed up on the beach as well.

The whale also did not appear to be injured, and a witness reports that it continued swimming and breaching after the accident.
