Coast Guard looks at regulations for parasailing

The U.S. Coast Guard, investigating an Aug. 28 parasail accident at Ocean Isle Beach, N.C., that killed two women, will make recommendations for regulation of the parasail industry, according to an article in the Sun News in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
