Crew found alive after missing for nine days

On Tuesday afternoon, one of the crewmembers of the Miss Janice, which had been missing for nine days, contacted his family to say all six men who had been on board the vessel were safe and well, police confirmed.

The 37-foot vessel sank on July 17, approximately five hours after setting sail from Grand Cayman. The men had been floating in the water for nine days without any food or water when they were picked up by a passing tanker.
