Epic bluewater race ends

From Nov. 8 until March 15, sailors competed in the grueling non-stop, solo Vendée Globe race around the globe. The final competitor, Austrian sailor Norbert Sedlacek ended his race in 11th place after 126 days, 5 hours, 31 minutes and 56 seconds, averaging 8.2 knots on the theoretical route.
