Doug Zurn calls his new design for GBoats unlike any other 30-foot center console out there right now.

“I can’t divulge the details right now,” Zurn tells Soundings in the May issue. “Once it’s done and in production it’s going to be a real show-stopper.”

The president of Marblehead, Mass.-based Zurn Yacht Design has given Soundings this exclusive first look at the design, including a 360-degree view of the interior. (Click on the third image below and drag your mouse to look around.)

Zurn penned the Billy Joel-commissioned Shelter Island 38 Runabout and 57-foot commuter yacht Vendetta. He also designed the Bruckmann Daysailer, in addition to boats for builders such as mJm Yachts, Marlow and Lyman-Morse.
