High school crew injured in boating accident

According to Connecticut police, four high school students were injured while practicing in a rowing skull on Coventry Lake when a 14-foot jetboat collided with their craft.

A 14-foot Seadoo boat hit the students that were practicing in a rowing skull on the lake. The students all have non-life-threatening injuries.

"It's a miracle that no one was seriously injured or killed," Sergeant Chris Dwyer with the State Environmental Police, told WFSB 3 News
