Lobsterman beats his own boat speed record


Maine lobsterman Galen Alley drove his 30-foot workboat to 68.1 mph at the annual lobster boat races in Rockland. He beat the old record of 64.5 mph, which he set last summer.

In all, more than 110 boats roared their engines and sprayed rooster tails over the weekend as Maine's annual lobster boat racing season began.
