DELAWARE RIVER, N.J.

Dredging will be conducted in the vicinity of the TorresdaleRange from until Nov. 30. Operations will involve barges moored at the western channel edge and a floating pipeline extending from the barges to the shoreline. Mariners are requested to navigate with caution in the vicinity of dredging operations. (NOAA chart 12314)

DELAWARE RIVER, N.J.

On or about July 9, CherryIsland range front light (LL 2975) will be relocated to 39 45 02.16499N, 75 29 39.05374W. Upon completion of construction, the range front light optic height will be 50 feet and the light will be visible 0.5 degrees each side of the range line and lighted throughout 24 hours. CherryIsland range rear light optic height will remain unchanged and will be visible 0.9 degrees each side of the range line and lighted throughout 24 hours. (NOAA chart 12311)

REVISED NAUTICAL CHARTS

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has updated the following nautical chart:

• chart 13006, 34th ed. — West Quoddy Head to New York.

The new edition is available through NOAA sales agents. A free list of authorized sales agents is available by contacting the National Ocean Service, Distribution Division (N/ACC3), 6501 Lafayette Ave., Riverdale, Md.20737.

DELAWARE RIVER, N.J.

On or about June 18, DuckIsland range rear light (LL 4285) will be temporarily extinguished during construction of the new tower. Upon completion of the tower, DuckIsland range front light will be relocated to 40 10 57.49294N, 74 44 31.83684W, and dayboards will be removed from both range lights. Duck Island range front light (LL 4280) will be visible 1.5 degrees either side of the range line throughout 24 hours, and Duck Island range rear light (LL 4285) will be visible 10 degrees either side of the range line throughout 24 hours. CHESAPEAKE BAY,

APPROACHES TO BALTIMOREHARBOR, BACK RIVER, MD.

Mariners are advised that J Way Leasing is scheduled to conduct maintenance dredging within Deep Creek and Duck Creek located on the Back River, in BaltimoreCounty, through Jan. 15, 2008. Spud barge Renrag 2 will be on station in the Back River at the mouth of Deep Creek, loading mud scows daily. These mud scows will be moving in and out of Duck Creek and Deep Creek en route to HartMillerIsland for material disposal. Dredging operations will be from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days per week. All mariners are requested to navigate with caution in the vicinity of dredging operations. POTOMAC RIVER,

BRENTON BAY, MD.

Coastal Design and Construction was scheduled to establish four moorings in June, just east of Newton Neck, as part of a shore restoration project. Moorings will be deployed until Sept. 1:

• CDC-Newtown Neck temporary mooring A (NO LL), 38 14 34.80N, 0 76 41 51.00W, white with blue band;

• CDC-Newtown Neck temporary mooring B (NO LL), 38 14 38.40N, 076 41 46.80W, white with blue band;

• CDC-Newtown Neck temporary mooring C (NO LL), 38 14 40.80N, 076 41 51.60W, white with blue band;

• CDC-Newtown Neck temporary mooring D (NO LL), 38 14 57.00N, 076 41 46.20W, white with blue band.

UPPER CHESAPEAKE BAY, POPLAR ISLAND, MD.

The Southwind Construction Corp. dredge Jenni Lea will be dredging in the vicinity of PoplarIsland until Dec. 1. A submerged and floating pipeline will be on site and marked with lights. The dredge and assist vessels Proud Mary and Danny Joe will monitor VHF channels 13 and 16. Operations will be conducted 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Mariners are requested to navigate with caution in the vicinity of dredging operations. (NOAA chart 12273)

OCEAN CITY INLET, MD.

On or about July 30, the following aids to navigation changes were scheduled to occur in Ocean City Inlet:

• Isle of Wight Bay Junction lighted buoy OC (LL 4775) will be renamed Ocean City Inlet

Junction lighted buoy OC (LL 4753) and relocated to position 38 19 35.064N, 075 05 34.621W,

• Ocean City Inlet lighted buoy 12 (LL 4757), flashing red 2.5 seconds, will be established in position 38 19 38.973N, 075 05 47.887W,

• Ocean City Inlet warning daybeacon A (LL 4760) will be discontinued.

COASTAL, VIRGINIA BEACH, SANDBRIDGE, VA.

Dredge B.E. Lindholm and Dredge R.N. Weeks will be conducting dredging and beach re-nourishment in the vicinity of Sandbridge until Sept. 8. Operations will be conducted 24 hours a day. The dredges may be contacted on VHF channels 13, 16 and 67. All mariners are requested to navigate with caution in the vicinity of dredging operations. (NOAA chart 12208)

CAPECHARLES TO NORFOLKHARBOR, APPROACHES TO THE CHESAPEAKE BAY, VA.

A NOAA survey of the approaches to the Chesapeake Bay (southeast end of the Chesapeake Channel) is reporting the following hazards to navigation:

• Dangerous Obstruction, least depth 11 feet, at 37 00 14.140N, 075 58 37.745W,

• Dangerous Obstruction, least depth 31 feet, at 36 59 31.204N, 075 59 58.600W.

On or about July 30, the following aids to navigation changes were scheduled to occur:

• Rehoboth Bay Channel light 9 (LL 2115) will be changed to lighted buoy 9;

• Rehoboth Bay Channel daybeacon 12 (LL 2125) will be changed to buoy 12;

• Rehoboth Bay Channel light 13 (LL 2130) will be changed to lighted buoy 13;

• RehobothBay daybeacon 18A (LL 2145.1) will be changed to buoy 18A;

• RehobothBay daybeacon 19A (LL 2148) will be changed to buoy 19A;

• Indian River Inlet daybeacon 17A (LL 4420.1) to buoy 17A;

• Indian River Inlet junction light IR (LL 4430) to junction lighted buoy IR;

• Pepper Creek daybeacon WR2 (LL 4445) to wreck lighted buoy WR2;

• Pepper Creek daybeacon WR10 (LL 4470) to wreck lighted buoy WR10.
