REVISED NAUTICAL CHARTS

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has updated the following nautical charts:

• chart 12347, 30th ed. - Hudson River Wappinger Creek to Hudson,

• chart 12352, 32nd ed. - ShinnecockBay to East Rockaway Inlet.

The new editions are available through NOAA sales agents. A free list of authorized sales agents is available by contacting the National Ocean Service, Distribution Division (N/ACC3), 6501 Lafayette Ave., Riverdale, Md.20737.

HUDSON RIVER, PIER C, N.Y.

There will be construction of a 440 x 480 foot recreational pier behind Pierhead Inc. at Pier C on the Hudson River in Hoboken, N.J. Construction is scheduled to continue through June 30, 2009. Work will be conducted Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. There will be a crane 500 feet east of the bulkhead from old pier C to Pier A to the south. Temporary anchorage will be 400 feet north of Pier A and 600 feet east of the Bulkhead. Vessels on scene will be SEI-160-3, Marcy-C and Hughes 807. TERMINAL CHANNEL, N.J.

The Coast Guard was scheduled to make the following changes in January 2008:

• change Terminal Channel lighted buoy 1 (LL 35625), green, flashing green 4 seconds, 4 NM to a nominal range of 3 NM,

• change Terminal Channel lighted buoy 3 (LL 35630), green, flashing green 2.5 seconds, 4 NM to a nominal range of 3 NM,

• change Terminal Channel lighted buoy 4 (LL 35635), green, flashing red 2.5 seconds, 4 NM to a nominal range of 3 NM.
