GULF OF MAINE, BIDDEFORD POOL, ME.

The Coast Guard has received a report of a sunken fishing boat approximately 8 NM Southeast of Biddeford Pool in position 43 22.2N, 070 10.1W, in 38 feet of water. Mariners are advised to transit the area with caution. (NOAA chart 13260)

AND APPROACHES,

STAGE HARBOR, MASS.

The Coast Guard was scheduled to make the following changes in April 2008 to the following aids to navigation:

• change StageHarbor buoy 2A (LL 13875) to StageHarbor buoy 4 (LL 13875),

• change StageHarbor buoy 1A (LL 13885) to StageHarbor buoy 5 (LL 13880),

• change StageHarbor buoy 2B (LL 13880) to StageHarbor buoy 6 (LL 13885),

• change StageHarbor buoy 3 (LL 13890) to StageHarbor buoy 7 (LL 13890),

• change StageHarbor buoy 4 (LL 13895) to StageHarbor buoy 8 (LL 13895),

• change StageHarbor buoy 6 (LL 13900) to StageHarbor buoy 10 (LL 13900),

• change StageHarbor buoy 7 (LL 13905) to StageHarbor buoy 11 (LL 13905),

• change StageHarbor buoy 8 (LL 13915) to StageHarbor buoy 12 (LL 13910),

• change StageHarbor buoy 7A (LL 13910) to StageHarbor buoy 13 (LL 13915).

The private aids that follow the Federal aids in StageHarbor will be renumbered to correspond with the new numbering system. (NOAA chart 13229)

CAPECODBAY, SESUIT HARBOR, MASS.

The Coast Guard was scheduled to make the following changes to this waterway:

• change East Jetty daybeacon 3 (LL 13150) to East Jetty light 3 (LL 13150), flashing green 6 seconds. This change is to incorporate the new light emitting diode (LED) technology. (NOAA charts 13246, 13250)

KENNEBEC RIVER, ME. (Revised)

Dredging is being done at Bath Ironworks until Feb. 28. The hours of operation will be seven days a week, 24 hours a day. On scene are two tugboats, one Series 60 scow, one dredge, and one crew boat. (NOAA chart 12341)
