Men save marina from fire

Quick thinking by two men working on a vessel that caught fire in a Niagara County, N.Y., saved the marina from further possible damage.

The two were inside one of the Sunset Bay Marina buildings working on the engine compartment of a 21-foot Chris-Craft, according to a report in The Buffalo News. The fire started when the engine backfired, and both men were burned, according to the report.

One of the employees, however, managed to load the still-burning boat onto a forklift and moved it to a parking lot.
