Cruisers 447 Sport Sedan
The 447 Sport Sedan from Cruisers Yachts is the second in a new line of performance sedans from the Oconto, Wis., builder. The 447 sports a two-stateroom, two-head layout, but the tour should start up top. The boat’s helm station is on the flybridge, which has a hardtop and a
lighted, forward-facing radar arch. A full wraparound windshield protects the centerline helm station, there is an L-shaped lounge to port, and a wet bar with sink and refrigerator is abaft the helm seat.
Flybridge air conditioning is optional, and the aft deck accommodates a pair of chaise lounges that convert to a single large sunpad.
Molded steps lead to the cockpit area, from which sliding doors provide access to the saloon and its 360-degree view. The saloon has a convertible settee to port, and additional seating and an entertainment center to starboard. There is a raised dinette forward and to port, and a galley with microwave/convection oven, refrigerator/freezer, two-burner electric stove and sink is to starboard.
Below deck, the forward master stateroom is laid out with a queen-size island berth and a pair of cedar-lined hanging lockers, with a private head compartment to starboard. The second head compartment is to port, athwartships from the private master head. The midship second stateroom is accessed through a door from the companionway and has a seating area, cedar-lined hanging locker, and twin berths that can be combined to form a king-size berth. This stateroom has private access to the portside head compartment.
Power comes from twin Volvo Penta or Yanmar diesels, or Volvo gasoline engines, coupled to V-drives. Volvo’s diesel Inboard Performance System also is available. Sea Ray 310 Sundancer
Sea Ray’s 310 Sundancer is an express cruiser with a deep-vee hull and twin sterndrive or V-drive power. In a change from its 300 Sundancer, the 310 has a walkthrough windshield rather than side decks, allowing wider helm and cockpit areas.
The 310 has a stainless steel bow rail, and its rubrail sweeps from the sheer line to the swim platform, giving the boat a curved profile. The cockpit contains bench seating with storage beneath, a solid teak table with sunpad filler cushions, and a wet bar to port with a stainless steel sink and optional refrigerator. There is a portside transom door, and a fold-away transom seat opens to the swim platform. The starboard-side raised helm station has a bench with flip-up bolsters.
Down the companionway steps are a convertible sofa and dinette to starboard, enclosed head compartment with shower to port, and galley forward of the head compartment. The galley comes with a stainless steel sink, microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator and two-burner stove.
The forward double V-berth has a hanging locker to port, storage locker and shelves to starboard, and a privacy curtain. Abaft the companionway steps is a “conversation pit” that converts to a midcabin double berth.
Options include Mercury’s SmartCraft System View instrumentation, bow and stern thrusters, and flat-screen televisions for the saloon, cockpit, midcabin and V-berth.

Pursuit OS 285
The Pursuit Offshore 285 measures 30 feet overall, including a molded-in bow pulpit, and is built with a foam-cored fiberglass stringer system, vinylester resin for the hull and deck, and gelcoat that carries a five-year warranty against blisters. The twin-outboard express fisherman has a hinged transom door as well as a hinged, molded-in aft seat with a fishbox and macerator beneath. The standard “Pursuit Plus” transom has a removable cutting board, raw water supply and freshwater sink.
Forward of the bolstered cockpit, the bridge deck contains aft-facing seats, and helm and companion seats. The port aft-facing seat contains a 32-gallon recirculating live well. A fiberglass hardtop, which covers the bridge deck, is standard.
A sliding companionway door on centerline provides access to the cabin, which is laid out with a V-berth forward, galley to port, and enclosed head compartment to starboard, in addition to a midcabin berth beneath the bridge deck. The galley comes equipped with a sink, stove and microwave.
Options include a generator, electronics package, air conditioning, flat-screen television, outriggers and hull colors.

The Cobalt 222 is a new bowrider from the Neodesha, Kan., builder. Boarding from the swim platform, the boat has a starboard transom walkthrough and a sunpad over the sterndrive’s engine box. There is an L-shaped lounge, with storage beneath, in the cockpit, in addition to high-back helm and companion chairs. The cushioned bow seating, with more storage, is accessed by the walkthrough windshield; an optional dinette table is available.
The 222 has a standard six-speaker stereo system. A premium sound system, transom stereo remote control, XM satellite radio, and speakers for the optional wakeboard tower (pictured) also are available. A Bimini top also is available, with or without the wakeboard tower.
While the hull measures 22 feet, 10 inches, the standard swim platform extends the boat’s overall length to 25 feet, 1 inch. Construction details include a Kevlar-reinforced hull, fiberglass stringer system, composite transom, stainless steel windshield braces, and aluminum backing plates for hardware. The hull and deck carry a 10-year warranty, while the power train carries a five-year warranty.

Seaswirl 1952 Bay Boat
Seaswirl Boats of Culver, Ore., has added the 1952 Bay Boat to its Striper line of saltwater fishing boats. The new boat joins one other bay boat in a Striper line that ranges from an 18-foot center console to a new 33-foot walkaround.
The 1952 Bay Boat draws 10 inches with its single outboard trimmed up and, of course, is laid out for fishing. It has fore and aft casting platforms, with dry storage at the bow. The transom has a lighted portside bait well, centerline release well and removable storage bin to starboard. There are also two forward tackle boxes and a console 29-gallon lighted bait well with cushioned seating. The boat also has an anchor locker, flip-back 92-quart cooler seat, eight console rod holders, hydraulic steering, and a stainless steel steering wheel.
Options include a leaning post, aft bench seat with removable backrest, bow cushions, a Bimini top, T-top with rod holders, stainless five-position helm seat, gunwale-mounted rod holders, rod racks, console tackle box and trim tabs. The boat is built with a one-piece fiberglass stringer system, and the hull carries a transferable 10-year limited warranty.
