Side-Power Thruster Systems has introduced a plug-and-play radio remote for its bow and stern thrusters. The remote control has a boat-shaped keypad with rubber key buttons, and can be used for simultaneous bow and stern thrusting, according to the manufacturer.

A docking station enables it to be used as a fixed, bridge-based system. Another palm-sized remote, controlling a bow thruster and anchor windlass, also is available. Suggested retail price for both is $625. Imtra Corp., New Bedford, Mass.
