No charges in fatal boat crash

A Sept. 4 report from Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission showed the agency recommended multiple felony charges against a skipper in connection with a April 12 crash on the Intracoastal Waterway. The report's release came a day after state attorney R.J. Larizza made public his decision not to file criminal charges, saying there wasn't enough evidence.
