Not all boats survive winter

Things weren't looking too good for a 22-foot sailboat at the Severna Park Yacht Basin in Maryland. But after more than an hour of work, four men - including a diver - got it upright and floating.

Heavy snow during the region's unusually snowy winter can force boats to float lower in the water, which can cause them to sink.
