Lackawanna Sail & Power Squadron will offer a two-evening course, GPS for Boaters, Dec. 1 and 8.

The course, which runs from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. in Morristown, N.J., covers GPS concepts, how to use a GPS receiver to perform basic navigation, and practical navigation tips.
