Sailing fugitive captured after 21 years


A former U.S. defense contractor who eluded authorities for 21 years by posing as an Australian and sailing an 18-meter yacht around the Bahamas, was recently sentenced to 16 years in prison. The now 65-year-old fled while on bail after a federal grand jury in 1988 found him guilty of supplying counterfeit and inferior electrical equipment to the US military.
