The 38th annual Wooden Boat Festival held in September in Port Townsend, Wash., is sometimes referred to as the “Woodstock of Wooden Boats” in the Pacific Northwest.
“It's been a great festival,” Northwest Maritime Center executive director Jake Beattie told the local Peninsula Daily News. “We've had perfect weather. It's been cloudless, and everybody seems happy.”
The festival showcased some 250 boats and always draws a solid crowd of wooden boat enthusiasts.
Organizers recently posted an intimate video of the event, which captures the essence and mood of the show.
