Ship assists sailors 780 miles offshore

Two sailors were rescued from their boat by the motor vessel Kim Jacob last week, approximately 780 miles northeast of Cape Cod, Mass.

First Coast Guard District command center in Boston received a report from a man aboard Triumph, stating that he and his wife were aboard, the sails were broken, the engine was disabled and the boat was taking on water.
