Titanic expedition slated for 2010

A judge is looking at the question of who should have rights to the china, ship fittings and personal possessions that sank with the Titanic in 1912 - estimated to be worth more than $110 million, according to the Associated Press.

The legal filing shows that a company, RMS Titanic Inc., would like to undertake an expedition to the site next year, which could also include some salvage.
