Tropical storm builds, moves away from Florida

The massive system blanketing South Florida was upgraded to Tropical Storm Nicole Wednesday morning, but that doesn't mean the steady drizzle is going to get heavier.

In fact, things could clear up quicker than expected as the broad but disorganized system's center shifted in the morning to the southeast, moving its track, and the worst winds and weather, out beyond the Bahamas.
