Tugboat mate takes blame in fatal crash
If he could, a former tugboat operator said he would change the choices he made before last summer's deadly duck-boat crash on the Delaware River.
"I wasn't operating the boat with professionalism," he told a U.S. District judge. "I didn't make the best decisions, really. I wish I could take it all back."
As part of the plea agreement, he agreed to permanent revocation of his mate's license and all other Coast Guard credentials.
