The July Fourth weekend brought stellar weather and an international fleet of tall ships to the historic harbor of Greenport, N.Y., on the north fork of eastern Long Island.
The stopover was part of Tall Ships Challenge Atlantic Coast 2015, which organizes port visits from Virginia to Maine during the summer months.
Lucky for us, a filmmaking crew was on hand with a drone camera to capture breathtaking views from the air.
LePre Media, a New York-based production company that specializes in aerial video and photography, shot the footage.
The Tall Ships Challenge is organized by Tall Ships America, a non-profit organization focused on youth education, leadership development and the preservation of the maritime heritage of North America.
