We don’t know a lot about this video we found online, but it’s one of those “gotta see” clips.
The short video, filmed about five years ago, shows a jetboat launching into the air on the Squamish River in British Columbia.
We were told that the jump was a controlled stunt set up by professionals for a small-budget action film. Remember, this is a movie stunt and shouldn’t be attempted.

Of course, launching a small boat at full throttle some 15 feet into the air is not for weekend warriors. And this stunt wasn’t done by one.
We’re told the driver was a professional. In fact, he had an inner tube on the helm seat to cushion the impact.
The inner tube burst, but the skipper landed the jump none the worse for wear.
